I am mechanical engineering graduated in 2015 and I have joined as a GET in a MSME plywood manufacturing firm for 1 year , after getting some practical industries skill I wanted to my own start up as a entrepreneur, I moved toh bank for getting start up loans , but they asked some Guareenty for sanction Loans for MSME , mean while I was very impressed to banking industries , and finally decided to make my career in bankng industries

Sir suppose Bihar cutoff is 90 for gen. Then how many marks more than cutoff required for final selection (if interview goes average)?

Cut off I can't say exactly but in ibps it will be in the ratio of 80:20

In IBPS po 2017 I scored 84.5/225 including 25 mark for essay and application
Which equivalent to 37.55 from 80
My final score was 45.5 wen cutoff was 47.04
That means I scored only 7.5 in interview?????is der any other method to calculate interview marks
In written 10 marks denotes as (4 marks in weighted score )n in interview it's equal to 2 marks as weighted score For 10 marks ... for e.g. if u get 80 it will be like 16 marks as weighted.... I may b wrong u just check ibps notification for arriving at T.W.S method

Literature adds sense and value to any organisation or individual. Banking is also not aloof from it . All banking work weather drafting or applications all are based on writing, even your working software will also be in same roof... Likewise u can co relate ur studies with banking...

Very simple... banking is all about calculations... be it deposits or advances one always remains involved in calculations... one has to be always calculative and rational throughout his banking carrer so your studies can proove 2 be very helpful in banking

U could say that history has given u sense of going into core of any thing. It simply doesn't teaches anyone about past but it makes one judge realise and then know about the scenario. In banking with my such HONS. Perception and approach I would be able to analyse and judge complex matters related to any decesion making more practically and rationally. It will also help me take decesions more practically . Be it loans ,proposals, calculations anything. Studies simply don't help us to understand the subject but also it develops and grows a personality and it's perception

Sir, thank you so much for all your efforts..my question is that..sir I am from WB..but filled the form from different state as in WB there was no vacancy..so if they ask me that why you have chosen our state..can I say as WB has no vacancies..or this will create bad impression..and second question is that why you should hire you over our native candidates..because it may happen that you cleared any other exam and you got your home state posting then you will leave our bank..then what to answer sir..

.. aap kehna after completing my academic studies I started preparing for competetive examinations, I took all generalist exams be it ssc , railways , insurance or banking but the best part which motivated me to switch towards banking was it's timely exams results joining n everything . But at that point of time things didn't work 4 me ,,, some times I missed sectional cut off by very less margin and sometimes I missed mains... this didn't let me down. I worked more sincierly and worked on weakness and today I am finally here in front of All of you giving interview. 3 yrs gap isn't a big deal your honest expressions will make u sail through and convince them. Also sab jaante hai govt. Exams me time thora lagta hai to u can justify it likewise

Ok... aise condition me jitna aap sach bologe utna aap comfortable and confident rahoge ... aap clearly kehna ki after I completed my graduation I tried to pursue my higher studies by doing m.com. but things didn't WORKED for me at that time I got my name in waiting list and hence I had to switch towards govt exams which were very alien to me in the beginning. Later on when I started to appear in competetive exams it took me an year and half to cross the threshold... I got my name in list of prelims and mains exam but still I wasn't able to make through. But I didn't get disheartened and finally I started to convert my written result to interview rounds and finally I am here in front of All of you BCOS of my determination and hard work. Likewise u can say.

Sir, I have Canara PO Interview.... For that what should my answers for--
1) How my stream (I am a B.TECH in APPLIED ELECTRONICS AND INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEERING) relevant to the banking industry?
2) Why Canara bank?
3)Why PDGBF?... You will leave if you get IBPS PO or any other po without PDGBF... I mean how to convince them that I won't leave??..
4)Previously I have appeared for icici and axis bank interviews as well.. but I chose not to join them as they are private banks and mainly because the jobs are sales oriented.. and last year I appeared for South Indian Bank Interview also.. but could not crack it... so if asked about how many interviews have you appeared so far??.. or why did you not join icici or axis??... What should I reply ???...
And lastly sir it would be very helpful if you could make a video on "GD topics" that are to be prepared and also discuss a few points about each of the topics in brief.
I know it was a long one... But it would be extremely helpful if you could reply Sir!

U are a science graduate and have studied electronics and instrumentation which is directly related with every1 n every organisation..
U will have to work on many tech n gadgets and will also have to finance 4 them which u are already familiar from your college days...
Now , u should tell about them ur int experience as it won't give a negative impact and always remember it's worth it 2 accept your failure rather showing no exp.
Say u didn't quit , n u worked hard n at last appearing in this int.

U should say that I was focused for PSU at first and I had the confidence in me that I will be able to do it so I didn't go 4 it.

Coaching is personally not preferred by me, there are many books and previous papers which are available in the market and innumerous online stuffs which is more than sufficient to prepare you for any bank p.o./ clerk examination. 3 months of serious dedicated study and practice will make u cross the threshold. And if you need some relevant books and materials then u can for it too

I was prepared to answer it like ' as being a physics student i have strong base in maths .. during graduation i got chances to be cordinator of departnental programmes like seminars and expoes.. it helped me in building leadership skills.. blah blah blah😁

Related to rrb functioning work & BUISNESS policies ,they may ask u about the present figure lo deposits and advances of your branch... about March target ... department related ques will dominate ,, office a.c. se bhi pooch sakte hai for eg: about suspense sundry pl accounts... any doubts ? Ye ans hai

Sir I did zoology Hons. I did my graduation as well as post graduation.. how would I answer them that my studies would be beneficial for the upliftment of RRB..sir if they ask me aren't you over qualified for this post.

Banks in particular RRB'S give more emphasize on agricultural development and aids to concerned people's. U have a fair idea of it BCOS u studied it till masters, u aren't overqualified 4 it as banks simply don't hire probationary officers rather they appoint agriculture off. Law officer, AS WELL AS I.T. offc in recruitment too... So u can give your expertise in it with relation to ur studies... likewise u may co relate
