Replacing the chinrest of Yamaha YEV-104 (how to remove and install a chinrest on a violin)

YEV-104 is a great electric violin by Yamaha; however, the chinrest provided in this model was uncomfortable for me. Usually, a violin chinrest can be replaceable and there was no difference with this electric violin. As I could not find any information about chinrest replacement for YEV-104, I decided to share this video. As this was my first experience of replacing the violin chinrest, I was a little bit nervous. Thanks to many available sources on the internet, I was fully equipped with the necessary information and everything went well!

thanks for the video! had the same issue with my YEV. on my acoustic violin I play with a center mounted chin rest, but nothing seems to fit on my YEV.
