You might be able to, just as long as the fog light it’s giving you that 12v that it needs. The other problem you might face is that once you connect it to that fog light circuit, it’s going to give the sensor supervising that circuit a different reading of the load and it will give you a fog light warning. Please try it, I’ll like to know how it goes. Please let us know what happens, it will be greatly appreciated.

My wasn’t connected to the head light, I used a random fuse that that gave me 12v that turned off and on with ignition switch.
Depending on what model the lighted side marker is also a good option.
