I think only castor oil is enough as an ingredient to apply daily into the hair, even for eyelashes to make harden and rich black color. I read the medical journal about castor oil. To get the best result you should eat more vegetables like cruciferous family vegies especially in raw, and shouldn't consume dairy products.
