She needs to realize that Tina isn’t a doll she’s a monkey and has needs that are clearly not being met. Monkeys don’t live alone with an owner they’re social animals that live in groups and need to explore yet Tina is alone in a small yard 24/7 with no stimulation and clearly looks sad all the time. Feeding her and hugging does not mean she’s meeting her needs, she has unmet needs.
