Easyest way to open a bottle is to drop it on a floor. :) Works allmost every time. :)

the bottle 'trick' is not a good one because you can accidentally open BOTH bottles (or at least make the second one leak). You can use lighters, keys and myriads of other objects from your surrounding. However, if you're that hell bent on using another bottle - put it in a perpendicular position.
