We've gone to Chubby's for years -- first at the deli, now at the restaurant. Never a bad meal. We tell ALL our friends coming to the area to go! I'll be sharing this video as well. WE. LOVE. Chubby's!!!
Chubby's looks awesome! We are going to have to make an extra trip out there to eat at all these great places you two keep showing us! I love the ministry you are providing to your community!❤
We love watching you! We couldn’t go to chubbys as they were closed on Monday. We were in your area and went to many restaurants you suggested. My favorite was Holstens. So good. And then I had the taco grilled cheese at cookie dough monster. Thanks so much and for all you do for your community. ❤️
Thanks Ramsey's for this one. Looks like a good place to eat. My hubby loves pork tenderloins. We live in Indiana and yes, thats how they do it here. They are huge. Glad you like them that way. Thanks for taking us. And i love that you two share your faith. Keep on. God bless and keep you. Kendra from NE Indiana 😊 ( we were born and raised in Toledo Ohio and that Big Boy statue outside of Chubby's used to sit in front of all the Frisch's Big Boy restaurants in Ohio and Michigan. It was a wonderful drive in restaurant where you could park outside at a speaker and order over the speaker. Then the waitress would bring your food out on a tray and hook it on your window and you'd eat in your car. Then you press a button and they would come out and get your empty tray. I used to eat there as a kid with my grandma. I got the Big Boy hamburg that had like a big mac sauce on it. It was a double. My grandma always got a Brawny Lad. It was like a patty melt with a huge slice of onion. Great memories!) 😊❤
Add another restaurant to the long list of places we want to visit, thanks to your channel. You have added so much to the quality of our life here in our new Tennessee home. My wife binge watches then shows me the highlights at night.😁
We don’t even know what to say to that Jim. We are humbled by that and are honored that we could help. We will do our best to continue bringing you the good stuff 😊
We stopped at the original but didn't realize it's not open on Sunday 😥 We still need to try Chubby's out on our next trip. Thanks Chubby's for offering their space to make this Thanksgiving dinner🥰 Thanks for sharing 🤗 God bless
She is right! Lol, my favorite piece of chicken is the wing. I get fresh chicken wings from the grocery store often to fry at home, and they can, and do have alot of feathers or hairs if you will mainly on the wing part, the edge of the wing. I wash them with cold water and use a knife to pull the hairs off. Yes, it can be very gross, but man that's some good eating. Love yalls hoodies!!
Okay so I replied on the wrong post about the chicken wings, lol. NC memory makers were talking about wings having feathers on them, 😂😂. I follow you guys and them, and Celebrating Appalachian with Tipper and family. So sorry to post that on here. Not even sure how I did that. Love you guys both though so much and that sandwich was huge and looked amazing!!
First off God bless you and everything you do the food looked amazing Christy that pork loin sandwich looked amazing it would last me at least three to four meals thank you for sharing ❤
What a great give back to the community. When I was GM at Ponderosa in the early 90’s , we had a free Thanksgiving meal for anyone that was in need. The staff donated their time every year. It was awesome to see how thankful our guests were.
Great video guy’s and so awesome to see yall commenting yourselves to helping others in the community like you and the other businesses and of course Chubby’s for the Love y’all share! God bless y’all and all the businesses that were apart of that great day in Jesus name! I look forward to seeing more of your videos! God Bless! The food there at Chubby’s looks amazing 🤩 I can’t wait to come and try in out sometime Lord willing.
Mark we did the work but God gets the glory for it all! He has been so good to us! Way better than we deserve! And it was a privilege to get to serve others. We hope to do more of this in 2024!
Love this in the church I went to in Idaho we always had a free thanksgiving meal for the community. I saw this after the event or you guys doing this in 2024 if so let me know I no longer live in Idaho and would love to help out how I can from here in Kansas.
@@SmokyMtFaithFoodFun most definitely that’s why we did it we had seniors and the church had a prison ministry so there were people who had no where to go plus people in the community could join us. Very important
I was so hoping you would order the steak and gravy :) That bein said....Indiana girl here. :) I've had MANY tenderloins in my life! Best one near me is at The Edinburgh Diner 😋
Usually, a breaded pork tenderloin starts with a cross-cut slice of the loin about 3/4-1" thick before being pounded or run through a cubing machine, then breaded. There's a zillion different breading and spice recipes. However, if you want to make a giant breaded pork tenderloin, then you do a butterfly cut, making each side the same 3/4-1" thickness before pounding/cubing. Some people like them left thick and some like them really thin. The key is finding a proper breading and spice ratio to match the thickness of your tenderloin. Essentially, you're eating a breaded pork chop (boneless) sandwich. You might keep that in mind when considering spices. BPTs are very much a mid-western thing, invented in Indiana, but can be found in Ohio, Illinois, Iowa, and Missouri pretty easily. They tend to be bar/diner food. If you go to a butcher shop, have them run your slices through their cubing machine, it'll save you some work.
Ummmmm yeah. The original is called Bob's Big Boy in So. Cal from the 60's at least. Pllleaasssse. I know this because my grandparents took me there often in Buena Park, CA, across from Knotts Berry Farm. 🤷🏼♀️😜
It’s true on the Big Boy 😊. Chubbys is such a great place and the food is even better than Big Boy. Just a good family run place here in our backyard 😊
Thank you so much!! The address is automatically added when you purchase, I believe. If that doesn't work, comment back here or email us and we will see if we can troubleshoot.
Thanks for another great video. I will respectfully disagree with you about the pork tenderloin. Being raised on a farm in Indiana where we grew our own meat........a pork tenderloin should NEVER be pounded so thin.......nope. Leave it meaty! (The way you describe it being pounded thin IS the way they serve them in restaurants here)............I make them to this day the same way my Nannie did which is considered unconventional here. LOL God bless you.

We ate there on our last visit! Great food! I recognized the Big Boy from Frisch’s restaurant as a native Ohioan!
It's so good! The food is almost as good as the family!
The pork tenderloin sandwich looks amazing. Is it greasy?
No. Obviously it is fried but I have never had heartburn after it. Lolol

Was that the whole tenderloin pounded out or just part of the loin?
Just part. But they make it the size of a hubcap. Lol

Hi 👋

He needs to lose at least 150 to 200lbs. This video should give folks a clue.

Don’t be rude. Do you really think overweight people don’t know it. You don’t know their circumstances.
