    The Presiding Judge opens the 95th session of the trial.
    The continuation of the cross examination of The Accused by the Attorney General for the Prosecution.
    Discussion of the affidavit of the female lawyer Van Taalingen Dols.
    1. Department of The Accused IV-B4issued orders & decrees but did decide the places of destination.
    2. T/739 and T/752 are directives given by The Accused himself & not ordered from above.
    3. T/729 and T/736, dealing with the confiscation of Jewish properties which department IV-B4gave detailed instructions regarding, as did Eichmann.
    4. T/599, his office issued instructions as to how to deal with the mail of the Westerbork internees because they were Jews.
    5. Admits responsibility as head of IV-B4for action taken by anyone in the office, not for special assignments from superiors but for deportations.
    6. Admits responsibility for the contents of letters signed by him even if they were drafted by one of the office workers.
    7. Denies knowledge of special assignments to subordinates including those given to Guenther, & claims not to have known about his mission to supply poison gas to the extermination camps, even though he admits it in his confession is sure that it is cyanic acid gas.
