Sir your one rule that never average a stock in reverse direction always add in the forward direction and never invest just because it is at 52 week low and all may be this is important I still feel the pinch. And if a stock is fallen more than 50 percent avoid it trade carefully
Sir, today at 9.30 i have observed Nifty 23 Apr 9000 PE. At that time Nifty was at 8988. My PE was at 145. At EOD, Nifty closed at 8981. 8 points lower than the price at 9.30AM. since, it is a ATM Option , delta at 0.5 n theta at 30. Now for the hole day , the premium of 9000 PE has to go up by 4 points due to delta n need to come down by 30 points due to theta. As per my calculations, premium at the EOD supposed to be around 119. But EOD, it was closed at 159. How was that possible. Please explain. It vl help me a lot in understanding Options. VIX at 9.30 AM was at 45.90 n at EOD, 45.31. approximately a drop of 0.5% which means the premium also need to be down by half Vega. But in contrary to this, Option premium raised.
Sir, you missed rules regarding Ipo and circuit stocks.
Sir never applied in ipo nor he favors the same.
That's what I am saying. He forgot to say abt these in his rules.
