Hello, just discovered your channel and subscribed. Thanks for sharing your videos on the reels. Abu sold these reels in the US under the name Fast Cast I (601 equivalent) and Fast Cast II (602 equivalent). I used these to help my kids learn to cast using their index finger before they started using regular spinning reels. They are pretty nice little reels. Check out my channel, I enjoy older reels too!
Hello. Great info there: I never knew that they had a different name in the USA though there are examples of several manufacturers pitching tackle a bit different to the US. Fast Cast is an action name, kind of makes one want to give it a go and not a bad description to be fair. Thanks for subscribing, I have subscribed back and will soon be having a good look around your channel. Yes, I love old reels and still like to use them; often alongside modern tackle as I like both. PS. I've edited the info on this one to include the American name - should enable more of you to find it.
