Beautiful Job!!!! I'm in the middle of remodeling/restoring my house which is literally 100 years old this year, and I will need some of the hard wood refinished too, maybe about 1,000SQ of it which includes stairs, dining room, foyer, upstairs loft and there are also stair railings. There is a little divot about the size of a quarter in the foyer can that be filled? I also have heavy traffic marking from the kitchen to the dining room. I have been looking at videos and think I prefer this dust free method. I am glad you said what you charged for this job as well, it gives me a ballpark figure of what I should be paying because people always come to my house and think I have money and try to upcharge me, but I DON'T. First I thought you said you were in 619 area code, I was thinking great, that's not that far from L.A., but when I watched the vid again I heard it's 614 like Ohio area? ... whomp whomp... Anyway super beautiful work.. exactly what I'm looking for. :)
Although it's a great job....all I could think of was KNEE PADS KNEE PADS>>>>>> in my younger years I didn't either....once I got late 40's I started using them....life safer sir....
Amazing ❤❤❤

That looks amazing!!! I wish we could call to book you ! Our floors are rough...
What state are you in?

1st step is the HW floor cleaner, what did you use? Excellent job it looks great! 👏
Ift from basic coatings
do you recommend using BONA brand floor restore?
Looks good what kind of pad did you use to clean the floor?
You can use a white polishing pad for cleaning. I use a cotton bonnet to apply the stain.
What were the three machines you used? Last one I'm guessing is a buffer?
The first was a low speed buffer, second was a karcher floor scrubber, and oreck orbital
Thank you
Your welcome
Water base or oil based

Is the a good option for engineered hardwood floors that arent thick enough to sand and refinish?
This is a great option in lieu of replacement.
