I live in Yemen and I registered in the American lottery My wife and I live in Yemen When you enter the data I chose an option Married and my spouse is NOT a U.S.citizen or U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) Note that I had to choose Married and my spouse IS a U.S.citizen or U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) So if I win the lottery? when interviewing I will not be accepted for US residency Or are there exceptions?
Hello I have questions. I want to bring my spouses to US . But for visa interview, they say my spouses need to bring the originals documents to interview. But after marriage, I bring the original documents with me to US . So my spouses keep the copies in Thailand. So is it ok if my spouses bring the copies to interview in Thailand at US embassy?

Hi :) I still used my name and not including my husband’s last name in all our applications because my passport and all my stuffs are still under my name and it would be confusing if I use his last name. I hope this helps 😊

Tapos nung interview po namin dinala din ng lawyer namin tapos yun ung pinakita ko sa officer. Let me know po kung nakatulong ba or Hindi niyo po na intindihan ung explanation ko 😊

Tourist visa po kasi ako Nung pumunta dito pero kasal na kami. So nag changed address po ako, baka po kasi ibang process din yung sa Inyo. Try niyo pong tumawag sa “MAILE HIROTA ASSOCIATE “ sila po yung lawyer namin sure po na makakatulong sila sa Inyo. Hindi ko po masagot lahat ng tanung niyo kasi sila po yung nag proscess ng samin, pero pag alam ko po Sabihan ko po kayo.

My husband just told me my case is scheduled for June 2, 2021 .. a fiance visa greencard interview but he's lost as of what to do... Do we send the medical results and I-485 through the mail?? If so then what do we bring to the interview?? just the orginal of all documents???
My interview is coming up next week so yes! We are nervous but excited - I wonder if I should bring an attorney to the interview - very helpful video!

I’m not sure about the whole thing. We hired a lawyer and our lawyer brought our stuffs on the day of the interview.
What picture did they use for your Greencard? A recent photo? or the one you submitted when you filed your paperwork?
When they scheduled you for biometric they are going to get your finger prints and also take a photo for the green card :)

Yes, for us we gave all our bank statement.
For DV winner you don't need a bank statement only money for medicals and ticket

It depends on the USCIS when are they going to give you a date. Mine takes a month after biometric.
