I like the insinuation that Link is an infestation, like a termite infestation that just eats your floors and hides under the stairs, randomly ascending from the basement and looking out from the floor to stare at you during family dinner before descending back down into the basement. Then you have to decide who’s gonna go chase him out this time
The fact that Quin said the words’ Link can’t cook’ made me audibly gasp so loud I choked in despair… but then he quickly corrected himself…. This is CANONICALLY a universally known fact🤣 The audacity of this man…
You understood the house building system a lot faster than I did 😂 I built something somewhat functional one time and decided to never touch it again lolol
of all the lets plays i've watched, I never imagined someone would use a puffshroom to get Maddison on the tram. Truly such wonderful thinking outside of the box that was.
There isn’t a single video of Quin’s that I haven’t cried my eyes out laughing 🤣, every thing he says is pure comedy gold! And apparently people who can make other people laugh easily have a higher intelligence! 👍
I swear it doesn’t matter how I’m feeling. After 2 minutes of Quins’ videos I’m laughing, and stress free again. Thank you Quin for your videos You are a great UA-camr!! And not to mention completely underrated!! 💙
I was excited for this episode, I knew Quin would come out with something out of the box for his house. Mine looked so BASIC when I built it but if you think about it, it matches Link's basic way of thinking.
i did the hudson quest cos i too wanted to build a chaotic house and was blindsided with tears. so unfair. also like the house, looks like it would randomly turn into a transformer and commit chaos
Well Quin, your house was of course the most majestic thing I have ever seen... but the true perfect habitat for a tiny goblin is just stairs. 15 stairs. Glued to each other. Now that, that is even TRUER art
Exactly why game so good, I used Hudson signs to block his eye line, Quin uses a puffshroom, so many ways to play and super interesting to see different tactics get the same result 😀
*In today’s episode of Tears of the Kingdom…* Quin wants a house. Hudson wants his daughter. These issues are incompatible. It’s time to permanently separate Mattison from her parents and hometown. That way, Quin can have a house! He drives a stake through Hudson’s heart, then drops a stake in a plot of land. Finally, Quin drafts his masterpiece. Architects are sometimes compared to world-renowned artists, though if we're being honest, Quin’s architectural style is more “M.C. Escher” than “Claude Monet.” *Thus concludes our (mis)adventures for today!*
Fun fact, Link actually breathes through his mouth in Breath of the Wild, too. It's just that his mouth is only just barely open, so you'd have to get the camera pretty close to his (neutral) face to recognize it. Apparently Nintendo thought it was an important part of his character and made it more obvious in the sequel!
Your descriptions of Link's behaviors are fascinating. I never imagined Link as someone who takes bites off of floors, can't form full sentences and stuffs rupees in his mouth like a squirrel, but here we are 😂
6:26 "Look Mattison, everything the light touches is Hudson Construction real estate" Hudson always bringing the best sidequests, completely unbiased opinion..
you know that if you sent the house flying into the air with rockets and hold it with the gravity square things during development and talk to the guy you can have a house on the sky...
If you complete Mattison’s quest before finishing the story part of Gerudo desert, Hudson will actually comment about how he’s worried about the sandstorm but has confidence in her guardian. You also can see Mattison and her balloon in Gerudo Town. I love that Hudson brings Link on the balloon, it’s like he’s adopted Link!
I like to think that Link just doesn’t understand the concept of a door, and he just slams his face into them and then looks surprised when they open for him
I love how you can clearly tell that Quin truely loves playing Tears of the Kingdom, and isn’t forcing himself to laugh or play it for other people, it feels really refreshing
Oh man so, I started the game with the Rito quest like a lot of people did, then I wanted to explore. One of the first areas I went to was Terry Town and of course I ended up talking to the family and doing that quest. Afterwards, of course, Mattison gets her send-off, and then I realized "Oh no. Gerudo desert is scary right now. She isn't safe!" So that's how I went from planning on doing Gerudo last to rushing over at high speed to make it safe for Mattison.
I think it was a few years ago, the first quin video I watched was you building terry town & now after watching every last upload you've returned to build again
Yay I don't know if you read my comment but I am so so so so happy you're in terry town!!!! Edit: mattison independence is why I wanted you to go to terry town
Make a picture of the picture of link and the old Champions in links old house ( Zelda's house ) and hang that picture in your new house, Love your content 🤙❤
Quin started off throwing rooms together with no sense of what he was doing. Then he suddenly started making the chaos actually look good. Then he made the house nonsensical again, before somehow making it all work in the end. Now Link just has a really cool house.
I am LOVING these intros - also, yes, I'm totally pausing work to watch, don't care. Consequences? Unimportant. So happy you appreciate all her son-derful puns haha and yES, Link probably smells like horses, the outside, whatever he cooked and/or fought last, and Courage™ lmao edit: oh no, you're giving me ideas for my own house. I'm gonna spend an hour reworking it again, I just know it💀
If you want windows… One idea that I saw another creator do, is take a paddock, flip it upside down, and use it as a balcony or window room. Since it’s upside down there’s no hay. The only downside is the lights don’t work. I thought it was a pretty cool idea!
Quin's comment to 'I smell the sun' had me choking on my coffee. His comedy is truly out matched. Never a dull moment when Quin is running around Hyrule.
You're the first streamer I've seen use a puffshroom to let Mattison sneak onto the railcar, and I'm annoyed that I didn't think to try that. Everyone else I know arranged some kind of physical obstruction, such as a wooden structure.
I think this is the legid most creative house I have seen anyone build so far. Granted, I haven't seen exactly many houses, but this one is definetly a work of art. And I now wanna remake mine.
Imagine the people in Tarrey Town looking at Link's house on the hill like it's a super villain's lair
or batman
I like to think that there are no windows in Link's house just so that no one can see the devious things he is up to inside
I think he doesn't need them because he also just doesn't have walls in most rooms but sure
@@Lowglory ah yes, architecture 🤣
What devious things is he doing
Zelda did move in 🤔
what do you mean
Quin is slowly going insane and I won’t do anything to stop it.
We wouldn't have it any other way!🤣🤣

Ur saying it like its possible to stop it
I’m afraid we can’t stop it
I Will try to help him
Quin’s impression of Link’s “Hya!” was scarily accurate
Was looking for this
Woah! I didn’t know you could use a puffshroom to block that guys line of sight. I just used the Hudson poster boards around him to block his vision
Me too
Me too 😂
i used the shrine crystal
I didn't think of that! Pure genius
I used some wood planks from somewhere nearby
I can’t believe Quinn hasn’t built a house yet in this game
Todays the day!
I saw the title and went “uh oh”
Combining Quin's loves for architecture and Zelda, what could go wrong? 🤨
small mans must collect the shiny objects first
Quin fought multiple monsters and even the Demon King himself, but his real worst enemy in this playthrough is Link's open mouth.
Quin is the type of guy to solve every problem using a goblin method
The only method worth using

the way I knew purah was going to be featured in that chaotic build lol

You understood the house building system a lot faster than I did 😂 I built something somewhat functional one time and decided to never touch it again lolol
That Link impression at 2:56 was so graceful
This has to be the most wholesome quest in the zelda series, such a good quest
Yeah it kind of makes sense that Link needs to live in some sort of MC Escher maze, he spends most of his time in dungeons after all.
Quin solves problems using every way than the intended one and it makes me grind my teeth until his way works and I am left impressed and confused 🐐
it was killing me that he didn't know the ponds aren't gardens. at least he now has two snake carps. the house looks awesome man!

The only reason link needs a house is probably because zelda is angry link keeps bringing frogs to her
Quin's little goblin laugh as he builds a more chaotic home warms my heart
I was excited for this episode, I knew Quin would come out with something out of the box for his house. Mine looked so BASIC when I built it but if you think about it, it matches Link's basic way of thinking.
I like how everyone thinks Link is either a feral caveman or an honorable and distinguished Royal Knight.

I find it really funny that people found Granteson so obnoxious that they figured out how to efficiently build a Granteson cage.
I feel like the goblin inside quin’s brain is slowly getting more privileges and therefore creating more chaos and I am 100% here for it.
Quin really does only have pure art in his room which is why Purah is always their with him staring into his soul
"Don't believe me? That's ok, I was lying" is going directly into my vocabulary.
Quin's dream house reflects his charachter perfectly and this makes me so happy
This house is a work of art, I’m so blessed to have witnessed the build.

2 years ago, I was recommended your BotW Gerudotown video. You bring unprecedented levels of joy every video with your descent into Binkus ❤
you know that if you sent the house flying into the air with rockets and hold it with the gravity square things during development and talk to the guy you can have a house on the sky...
Quinn that house is A-maze-ing! The best addi-son is the picture of Purah...
You could have made your house float with rockets and platforms. 😂 I'm so glad you finally went to do the tarry town Mattison quest ❤
Wait you can!??
Yes! Lmbo do it 👌
That puffshroom trick was next-level trickery.
"Its a rooftop patio. Eat your heart out Ganon"
is something I need on a T-shirt DESPERATELY
Another completionist goal: cook all the recipes! The small man gets so happy when we let him cook
"Making something exist is like the rudest thing you can do." 10/10

Binkus's greatest legacy in this Hyrule is building an entire town that can beat him in making bad puns and honestly that's the most Binkus thing ever
this is the exact house i thougth quinn would build, expectations fulfilled😎
Thanks so much for all the content Quin, you're hands down one of my favorite content creators on here
6:06 throwback to the Katana Zero playthrough when you used a deep voice for the little girl from next door
Love this house. Not as hoarder-y as mine, but absolutely perfectly captures the Gremlin
The ability to build a house in this game lets people express either their inner goblin or inner designer, or both
i cried my eyes out during that cutscene and made sure i took a photo of mattison when i was in gerudo town just so i can show rhondson
As a fan of stairs, I thoroughly enjoyed the video.
I don’t know which side adventure is more wholesome, Mattison’s independence or Lurelin Village Restoration Project
I like to think that Link just doesn’t understand the concept of a door, and he just slams his face into them and then looks surprised when they open for him
Fun fact, granteson(formerly Grante) is Robbie's son. His mom mentioned it in botw in akala
