Thanks for the great bag review and also for introducing this H bag style to me! Cos I had never been a fan of H’s bags such as kelly or Birkin cos of the lock closure. The only bag that I had always been keen was Lindy but even then it seems quite fussy with the zips and lock. But the toolbox is literally drool for me especially when I see it comes with a canvas strap!!! So mega thanks to you kat, I am now waiting for my “new to me” toolbox 26 to arrive in my arms 🤗🤗

Hi Kat, great review again, I really enjoy you in-depth opinions and thoughts. Great job every time. By the way, I reckon the hardware is needed to be there because the turn lock will wear out the leather much quicker otherwise. Hardware is much more hard wearing than the leather, right?
i think so too...but I would have preferred it like the straps on the birkin. It's only plated one side and then you close it against the lock, there's not plate-to-plate touching...you know what i mean? hahah !

Is it heavy when u put things inside or acceptable ? Also what kind of leather u think is good for toolbox ? Evercolor how u feel about it ?
hmmm....it can get quite heavy once my stuff is inside but acceptable considering the amount of stuff I lugged around! I've never seen evercolor in real life but i heard it is pretty to close swift but more durable

firstly, congrats! both are beautiful bags! it really depends on which look you prefer. Go and try both of them out in store - the best way to find out which suits u
if u like to branch out here are the H bags (non B/K/C) i would highly recommend, like you I started branching out in the 12 months --- you should try Double sens, victoria (good price on preloved market!) and definitely the Halzan, so easy to use

I saw one on the preloved market and it was 6.8k. Do u think is reasonable?
Jane Lee what stamp? And condition? If 2013 and above n good condition, the price is reasonable
Is 2016... the condition is good. Except that is in very light blue colour, not sure what the name of the colour though... and is in clemence leather
for the year, the price is really good. Clemence is a very slouchy leather, so make sure you like that kind of look too. The colour sounds nice!

Its a shame the twilly’s aren’t a bit longer coz then they would come down closer to the part that is leaving an indent in the leather and would act as a barrier 😢 I like this bag it’s different and you don’t see it everyday ❤️❤️😂

The kelly by Hermes has the handle that stand up so maybe that another style that might bother you
Yup, the kelly handle goes up but it's quite short. The flap bothers me more actually haha :)

Yes, it is definitely not preferred. I have to keep the handles up to reduce those dents
