I have a 2001 New York that was lightly coated in clad. Only Lincoln and the letters have clad, the rest is brown and it looks so pretty

I have a New York 2001 D, but the blanchet is weird, not shiny like other quarters no side marks, almost like a nickel blanchet. Different quarter material. Side of around the coin is flat. Any thoughts?

noticed that the clads were not like the upper and lower (brass, then sliver layer) if dealt with on the same side, like some time same coin same D mint same face, but the (silver, then the brass layers) comes first please advise
