The last concert I attended before everything stopped was Yola's show in Dallas. Oh my gosh, it was so good! You must see her as soon as you are able to.

2/6/2021 Yola just made her debut on The Grand Old Opry and did a great job!! The crowd liked her AND she had a good time. Watch her as she moves up the ladder in the industry...
I just found about her a little bit ago. I’m impressed. I don’t listen to country music but I love her’s. I’d love to see her live. She also has some 60’s rock vibes.
I just found her on pink’s fb page in the can’t cancel pride show where she sang ( hold on ) & omg!!! She is amazing!!!!!!!!! Gave me goosebumps all over my body! If you haven’t seen it your really really missing out on a super great performance!! Go check it out
WALK THROUGH FIRE (starts at 8:45 in this video) is the song I remember she just CONNECTED with myself and the audience like I've never seen before! I saw her opening for Lake Street Dive and I had never herd of her before that performance. Check out the confidence on her face as she delivers this story of her life threatening experience with fire and her spirituality. That is the look you see on these people faces is just amazement on the CONNECTION they just experienced possibly for the first time in their lives! Great Artist, Great Voice, AMAZING Story Teller! The guitarist keeps his head down when she asks if there are any trust fund kids. He went to Columbia U, majored in ancient Greek and Roman history and is making his way in life as a musician. I'd put his odds of having had a trust fund at >1% If he did, I don't hold it against him. He's a great guitar player and I've seen (on video) him backing a lot of people I like.
