Probably could get S++ with good RNG and not dying (idk if that matters), and also using KB/M. But this is just my first decent run. Not gonna do more, I'm not a speedrunner.
Yes charging is better than uncharged shots even without quick charge, it will only hit twice on Sir Barrold and small bosses when it should hit 3 times.

I pre-placed grenades to burst them down, with this build it only takes 3-4 for the wind ones, the other ones take too much effort tbh but blue and brown might be possible

You playing in MNK? cuz majority of players in relink says that Eugen is the no. 1 DPS if you play him in MNK 🤣 I cant even imagine if a Pro CSGO player will play Eugen... that would be catastrophic to The bosses LOL
