If you’re looking for romantic suspense, give Karen Rose a try. Her books are pretty long though and sometimes a bit gruesome, but they always have you on your feet, and there is always a romance included too. She has a huge back list and a new one coming out the end of the month. Her Sacramento series starts with Say You’re Sorry if you want to give her a try. Good luck!

I read ACOTAR, Spare, and the first 3 books in the Fifth Ave Rebels series. Just waiting on Nellie's book from my library.
The Collector by Nora Roberts. Try Nora Robertsland by Ava Miles..new author for you to read
There are so many good ones by Nora Roberts, but some are better than others. I agree that The Collector is a good one. My favorite of hers is Chasing Fire, but I don't think many others feel the same way. Also, most of her books have dogs as part of the story.

The last book in the all in series by Helena hunting is much more angsty "a kiss for a kiss". The couple are both in their 40s and both have grown up kids. The heroine had her son when she was a teen and so they hid the truth from her son until the 3rd book "a secret for a secret". He always thought she was his much older sister. "A secret for a secret" is her sons story and the heroine is the daughter of the hero in a kiss for a kiss.
Anyways they are trying to hide their relationship from their grown up kids. There is an accidental pregnancy, the heroine is in perimenopause..so she didn't think she could get pregnant..it's really good. I wished it was longer

I agree with you when it comes to Restore me. I didn't love it as much as everyone else. Also, the audiobook narrators impacted my reading experience for that book. The female narrator was emotionless 😔
I heard that about the audio!! That’s why I avoided it 😂
I didn't like the narrator for Jasper in Jasper Vale either! But I also gave it 4 stars. I felt like it needed a little more in certain places.

I was so annoyed about Jasper Vale. We don't even get them talking to her family about the marriage, it just skips to like "yeah my mom is angry" or whatever.
I read a lie for a lie the other day and thought of you !! I was like oh this isn’t angsty enough for Jess 😂but sometimes I like a good cute book with no conflict so it worked for me and I loved the narrator! he sounds so much like the actor penn badgely to me lol! (Narrators name is Jason Clarke for anyone wondering) I adored the second book a lot more though. A favor for a favor. and loved that narrator so much (named Jacob Morgan) so now I have to read other audiobooks with those narrators 😂❤

Hey Jess, I just have to say this - you seem too stressed out. I think you should think about maybe slowing down a bit with the videos that you upload. I mean we're all doing this for fun but I kind of get the feeling that you're out of breath and that even your 5 star reads aren't as fun as they could have been if you just took your time a little more. I know that you committed to a lot of projects and I'm not sure how they financially impact you but it may be time to reconsider if it's worth it. I hope my comment isn't offensive to you. I LOVE your channel. Your fun personality really shines. Hope it all works out for the best.
