This game is actually so dogshit😂 crazy to see how far they've come from this, I mean imo 90 percent of the game and levels are boring and annoying and its just a shitty game with annoying ass mechanics and difficult for no reason. But 3 is sooo much better than this game its acc crazy😭
@@ER-yx9cpI'm currently revisiting this game. I am enjoying it, but some aspects just haven't aged well, the combat is still solid, but the quick time events can be very annoying. And some puzzles are annoying for the sake of being annoying. But to my surprise I didn't have issues with the climb shown here. Thankfully the developers improved the sequels.

For me in my second playthrough on speedrun, I got through both Hades sections quickly within a couple minutes each so I was happy bout that but that doesn't get rid of the fact that they're still bullshit. I don't personally like the game if I'm being honest and I'd never revisit it again but yes the sequels are a lot better and luckily, gow 2 improves a lot in every aspect and same with gow 3

For me god of war 1 is a 7/10 game. The game is good and fun but there are bs and boring levels too. Some levels aren't necessary just implemented to prolong the game. Also there are some garbage puzzles or levels like this one. It is so annoying.

There's quite a few different level designs that genuinely ruin this game for me. Besides that I love the rest
If we were to look at this game for its puzzles only it would be the biggest piece of shit to ever be released
