For those who wanted to fight Kusanagi... You need to be on P1 side. Here are the lists for Boss fights:
Athena Asamiya: both player sides
Kusanagi: P1 Side
Wild Iori: P2 Side
Shermie: P1 Side
Rugal: P2 Side
Kula Diamond: Both player sides
Yashiro: P1 Side
Goenitz: P2 Side
Chris/Orochi: Both player sides
Omega Rugal: Both Player sides
For stage 2, 3 and 4 in co-op, it's one of those two in each stage

yea i found out,but only in neo geo heroes ultimate shooting,one hell of a good battle.
but still,what if game allowed kusanagi as a playable character? it would be better playing as him. also for some reason i imagined kyo 1 and 2 being a boss in skystage but difficult to battle because they fight the player together.sounds nifty,but well thought.future skystage idea... also nice stuff you got on Deviantart,rate all the stuff a 10.
