- This short tutorial shows you one easy way to adapt a ring band for someone who has enlarged knuckles so they have less problems getting a ring that works for them. In future videos I will show some other adaptations that can work as well. I run into many folks whose finger joints are swollen from Arthritis or some other reason who are grateful for a ring they can wear. If you find it helpful or interesting, please give it a like! If you'd like to see more useful videos like this, please subscribe to my channel:). It would be great if you would share this with others who might find it useful. Ring the bell so you get notifications when I upload a new video.

Thank you for doing this video, it's hard to tell what size to make rings for different people and this helps solve the dilemma for a little up or down.
You’re welcome Marietta! I’m glad it was useful to you. Thank you for the comment and for watching:)
Thanks.
You're welcome Kathy!
Just the video I needed! Thanks for making it!
You're welcome David! Here's another about adjustable ring types: ua-cam.com/video/6ebdqk0sZws/v-deo.html
Great video, thanks.
You’re welcome Pat. Thanks for the comment!
You could also solder the opposite end and just have it adjustable from the bottom.
Good point Katie!
Great info….I’m enjoying ur vids
Thank you Sandra. I appreciate the kind words! Thanks for watching:)
What a great idea! Look forward to other styles. What gauge wire did you use for band?
Thanks Kim. I used 8 gauge half-round wire for this one. I sometimes use one of the narrower low-dome half-round wires as well. I appreciate the kind comments!
Why dont you solder it while the wire is straight?
You could:)
❤
Thank you Gabriela!
What’s the wire you are using for the ring band?
Pretty sure I used 8 gauge half round for that one Joy:). Newer videos I started listing the materials in the video descriptions. Sorry these earlier videos lack that!
What gage wire did you use for this ring?
Hello Wendy! I believe it was 8 gauge half round. I also have used 6 gauge before:)
Can I please ask about your flux, what sort is it to be spraying it on to you pieces thanks
Thanks for the question! I use My-T-Flux which I get from Rio Grande. Take care:)
