so excited about this video as many of you know years ago we built our dream house in Bali, and now today you can rent it from us.
we did a big renovation and revamp & finally finished our rooftop!

They say you will never own the land or house 🏡 in Bali n people make it seem like they are owned n can have the deed I’d rather rent!
It's very common in many parts of the world, its a long term lease usually 30 years.

It’s pretty but it feels like the USA not Bali, and your price is way too expensive, people loves Bali because it’s cheap too, if Americans comes to buy everything, make it the American way and then raise the price to an unrealistic level it will ultimately kills Bali. For reminder Balinaise people average salary is 5$/hour…… I wonder how they feels about this.

Amazing can’t wait to stay. Did you bring your dog to Bali from Australia? I want to bring my dog over to Bali with me but it’s proving impossible. Does anyone know if you can bring your dog into Bali from Australia?
Hi! No we got Oreo in bali!
If you aren’t planning to see your dogs life out in bali I don’t recommend bringing them! You can bring them- it’s expensive, but to leave again is worse, especially to Australia- if you decided to move back to Aus you would have to go live in an approved country for 6-12 months and then move to aus. And the dog will have to go to aus quarantine facility for 10 days, 🥲
@@LaurenBullen thanks Lauren for your information. It sucks how difficult it is to travel with dogs in certain parts of the world. Much appreciated. We are going to travel to Bali only at this stage. Or we would stay longer stints if we could bring our dog over. We can’t leave our beautiful boy he is too much a part of our family.

Beautiful home! I just noticed it looks like you have a few cycad plants (sago palms). I just thought I should let you know they’re extremely poisonous to dogs. My dog ate a little bit of that plant and went into liver failure. We paid thousands in vet bills to save her life but most dogs don’t make it even with vet care😔

Hi Guys, but this is a crude question..... We are starting our journey on the acquisition or construction of a bali home and were wondering if you could give a ballpark of the costs per m2 to build? I have always found that asking people that have gone through the process you get a better idea than relying on a builders quote.
