Wow,”Grammar Nazi” gets the first comment! You pronounced Werner Klemperer‘s name “Verner” and this time you were absolutely CORRECT. He was originally from Germany and that is the way that he pronounced his name. This time let me help you with “respiratory failure”. The first syllable in both words gets the major stress: RES pira tory(there is what we call a secondary accent on “tory”.) “Failure” is simply pronounced FAIL your. I saw earlier on another video that English isn’t your second language, but your FOURTH 😲👏!!! I am beyond amazement, I’m in AWE !!! I’ve always wondered what language multilingual people “think” in. I think you were replying to a comment about your use of “zero”. For the life of me I can’t figure out what the person is talking about. Don’t trouble yourself about dealing with problems that don’t exist. You’re doing such a great job! Thank you for being so gracious in your acceptance of my suggestions. I’m still relishing the compliment you gave me about what you thought about my past students.❤
Still finding that zero which had some pronunciation problem in my own video guess the viewer mistakenly commented on that video.😅. I need some practice on the Respiratory because now I realize that our whole life in school, college, university we have mispronounced many words and Respiratory is one of them. The wrong version is locked in the brain and I have to replace it with the correct version via practicing. As I have to un-learn words the way I was pronouncing them from more than 3+ decades and re-learn it with correct pronunciation and Yes I'm enjoying working on these skills. Whenever I'm working on audio recording it's always on my brain that I must not let my "Teacher" down.
Typo if Lory Walsh and I’m thinking LORI not Lory if she was born in ‘55 how could she be remembered for her movies in the ‘40’s… you need to proofread your videos better…
Yes another viewer also identified this error. Guess its part of being human we make mistakes though trying my best to avoid further mistakes. Have a nice day ❤️😊
