Well done, Greg!. I grew up in a 1956 Thunderbird. My dad bought it for my mom in 1962...was too temperamental for my mom who always wanted one. Dad kept it for his daily driver. Three restorations later, and two generations...it now belongs to my son. Many great memories driving the T-Bird throughout Southern California, and the next generation is enjoying the pure motoring pleasure. Such a fine, classy, and fun machine!
The old Yblocks have more power than people know look up Mummert performance and Ted Eaton these guys have done amazing things with the y block Teds gone over 600 hp N/A @@gregsrestorations7019
If the engine compartment pictures are of this car, it indeed has power brakes. That brass colored part just in front of the battery is the booster. The idea that convertibles do not need A/C is ludicrous. But only dealer installed A/C was available on 1955-57 'Birds.
Beautiful car, truly a classic.
The car looks really nice! Great job! 👍👍
Thanks!

@@RRyder85 I say this because in the video you state it does not have power brakes. Very nice restoration.
