Hey, I got a question concerning the automated 4 emails being send with a purchase. I mostly sell digital products which are instant downloads. Is there any way to specify that instant downloadable items receive different mails than physical items, because there's no need to tell that the order is getting prepared for delivery...? Don't think this was mentioned during the live stream, but I might be wrong. Hope somebody can help. Thanks in advance!

If I set them both to 'auto', how much time passes between when the initial Order Confirmation email goes out and the Review Request email goes out? Since my listings are instant downloads that the buyer receives immediately, is there a way to schedule the Review Request email to go out three or four days later? I don't want my buyer to get two emails immediately one right after the other. Loving the EverBee email system, BTW!

I see that other people in the live feed asked the same question. I really need to get an email list together (makes complete sense) but having only 5 sales so far I really need to go the facebook way. I started going through the ads setting and just got lost; it just didn't seem to apply to what I wanted to do. Help? Please?
I wonder why the links to products in the Everbee templates go to the /listing//title instead of .etsy link for the Share & Save (after the tracking link of course).
I signed uo to Everbee using my personal email address but with using the Everbee email I'd like to change my Everbee account email to a more professional one.....can I do that?

Yes with digital product they will only get two emails. Confirmation Delivery and Review Request

You choose the delay inside of the settings on the Review email :)

Yeup, if you go into EverBee email and then click settings you can swap it right there
