There were giants (nephilim, which means giants) on the earth in those days. There were also giants after the flood. In the time of Moses, when Israel spied out the land of Canaan, they saw giants. In the book of Joshua, Israel finally went into the Promised Land and had to deal with giants. David picked up 5 smooth stones and killed Goliath with one and had 4 stones left for Goliath's 4 giant brothers. Goliath's 3rd son was a giant and had 6 fingers on each hand and 6 toes on each foot, Samuel 21:20-21. In verse 38, the son of Enosh, the son of Seth, the son of Adam, the son of God. Adam was created by God. Therefore, God is Adam's Father. Adam had no earthly father.
