Hi, they have a lot of backlog so you might have to be patient. My daughter and husband's own took over a month to be ready and mine is going on three weeks now. But you can try sending a mail to this address, don't know if it would do any good though DOlierPPSN@welfare.ie

Needing a medical card is a valid reason to apply for ppsn, it doesn't have to be a job offer. Just show proof that you want to get a medical card.

Yes you can. You just have to be in the right field and keep applying. Search for jobs that offer relocation.
