Real estate is always a big one, especially with all the new developments popping up. Even something as basic as buying an apartment in a good location could pay off nicely.
I've been looking into buying a small property, maybe a studio or a one-bedroom in a prime area. The rental yields in Dubai can be pretty attractive if you pick the right spot.
That's a smart move. But it's not just real estate. I've also seen people doing well with REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) here. They're a more hands-off way to get into the property market without needing to manage anything directly.
It seems less risky than buying property outright, especially if you're not familiar with the market. Plus, you can get in with a lower amount of money compared to buying a whole property.
Speaking of higher risks, l've been dabbling in Dubai's stock market as well. It's not as big as some other markets, but there are some solid companies to invest in. The key is to do your homework and pick the right stocks.
I Hit 110k today. Thank you for all the knowledge and nuggets you had thrown my way over the last months. Started last month 2024. Financial education is indeed required for more than 70% of the society in the country as very few are literate on the subject. thanks to Katherine Storch for helping me achieve this .
Wow. I'm a bit perplexed seeing her been mentioned here also Didn’t know she has been good to so many people too this is wonderful, I'm in my fifth trade with her and it has been super.
Thanks for the awesome content Brandon! Met you last year in Montana at the Community Camp event. Thanks for all you guys do. If anyone in the comments is wholesaling and needs help with anything, let me know! I'm not a mega wholesaler but I've assigned 95 properties for around 800k in the past 2.5-3 years. Happy to help!
Helpful video, but very broad.. How do you pay for 100 properties as a beginner? How do you pay for the rehabs? How do you rehab multiple houses at once? How do you create a system? What would the day to day look like?
I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Brooke Miller.
She is my family's personal broker and also a personal broker in many families I'm United States, she's a licensed broker and a FINRA AGENT in United states
I just withdrew my profits a week ago, To be honest it was an amazing feeling when the profits hits my wallet I wish I could reinvest but, too much bills
definitely :) your assignment fees will be lower and it'll be kind of tough (probably less homes and less flippers to sell to), but it can be done. Only suggestion (not knowing the whole situation) would be to expand to other nearby towns too.

That's a fair point. When I first started investing in Dubai, I felt the same way. That's why I decided to work with Eric Paul Elmer.

The very first time we tried, we invested $2000 and after a week, we received $9500. That really helped us a lot to pay up our bills.
You trade with Katherine Storch too? Wow that woman has been a blessing to me and my family.
I'm new at this, please how can I reach her?
I was skeptical at first till I decided to try. Its huge returns is awesome. I can't say much.

Hi Brandon. Can you do wholesaling in a small midwest town where there are houses on zillow selling for 30-50k?

@@BeardyBrandon thank you for the response
