I need to make a more thorough video on these special fish. Very few anglers believe they actually exist. I’ve only ever caught two in all my years of fishing. I had a student get one years ago when I was still teaching my kayak fishing classes. I do have a photo of that catch somewhere.
What a way to finish up my day. Caught my PB on the Susquehanna then come home and watch the little stuff. Thanks for the informative entertainment Jeff👌🏻
Jeff … The man that won’t stop fishing! I’ve run fast water in the dark and strainers scare me to death in the daylight in my old age. My question is, why don’t you run a stern stick anchor to keep you in place while you try to land a fish? Dan the old boat man. Thanks
A stake out pole - like Yak Attack’s Park n Pole or other brands. There are manual systems on market using a Anchor Wizard to raise or lower the pole quickly on the the stern of your yak. Thanks
@@boater18281 I mean it registered only in Virginia.. as first I wasn’t sure I can use it in another state without registration in different state.. I guess only fish licenses?
The “Tree climbing bass” 😂😂😂! Those are my specialty!!

Great video and information Jeff. Love that truck tent. Be safe out there on the road
I am enjoying the freedom it brings.
Always appreciate your insight
Thanks for watching.
Great teacher….big thanks!
Thanks for watching!
Cool looking water and a lot of species.
It’s a cool fishery for sure.

Congratulations on the PB!!
Great stuff Jeff ! Thanks for sharing!
Dude, I'm inspired to cast the Nessie. Oh man, I felt the pain of losing that smallie. Always a great video, Jeff!
The Nessie should do well on the Susquehanna. Wish I had landed that big on the crank.
Thank you. As always, I've learned several new things as well as new ways to look at water.
Thanks for watching Mark. The “hook and look” segments seem to be appreciated.
Thanks! Get some breakfast in the morning 👍
Thank you George. I’m leaving Poplar Bluff, Missouri this morning and heading to the ICAST trade show in Orlando.
Safe travels Brother!
Why rent a movie when you can watch the little stuff!
Thanks Steve! Good seeing you this weekend.
"I knew it was not a bass" but it is a bass, a lavender bass! :D
They are fun. I like catching them up on Erie. Good pulling fish!
@TheLittleStuff pretty much the same as catching a redfish!

I am not familiar with a “stern stick anchor”. Help me out.

Jeff. I wanted to hear your thoughts, pro’s, and cons on a stern mounted anchor pole. I am starting to plan the build on my next boat. Thanks
Question, I have same motor you have on my kayak and it registered in Va. and did have you have registration all other state too?
Nope. I registered it in Maryland. That’s it
@@TheLittleStuff Good to know, Thank you.
Your boat registration is good in any state.

Get you a battery operated fan.
Definitely!
@@TheLittleStuff it’s a must for camping next to the car during these Kentucky summers. The Walmart one is decent
