GranX Not really if you look closely he is different than ssf2’s. The beak is bigger and his hair is different. Also the taunt animation is animated differently

He'd be glass hammer (Like Mewtwo) with surprisingly high power to he's smash and special moves but with short range and high knockback. He's Gadoken (N-B) will be slow, short ranged and you can only have one screen at a time, but it traps your opponents in a short multi-hit combo. The EX version (⬇↘➡ + A) has a big finish. He's Koryuken (U-B) will a sweet spot at the beginning (Like Luigi's Up Special), but it doesn't have much height. EX version (➡⬇↘ + A) is only slightly higher and has an electrical stun. Dan will have high jump (slightly shorter than Ness') to compensate. Dankukyaku (S-B) will act similar to Marth's dancing blade or Cloud's Cross Slash. You can do between 1 and 4 kicks deepening on how many times you be press B. EX version(⬇↙⬅ + A) has 3 three powerful, automatic kicks. Dan's focus attack (D-B) is weaker than Ryu or Chun-li's, but it has a faster charge and shorter cooldown. His three selectable final smashes are Super Gadoken, Legendary Taunt, and Hissho Buraiken. BONUS: If you perform any of Dan's on-ground A moves and end with a taunt a just right time, he'll do much weaker version of Legendary Taunt. It's a 1% punch followed by a 1% paper toss.
If you made this a mod... Why don't do the same with Weegee? I mean, yeah, he was a joke character, but there are people who miss him from the game. So if someone wants Weegee, he can have Weegee and if someone doesn't, then he doesn't have to use the mod. This is just an idea.
