Grow BOOTY Challenge Part 1 / Booty Workout

- Hey what’s up everyone! Welcome! So now, we are going to do a 2-week BOOTY challenge and this includes 4 videos. You will be needing a dumbbell and a booty band for this challenge.
On the first week, you will be doing this video on a Monday and a Friday. On the 2nd video, do it on a Wednesday. Same schedule on the 2nd week. Part 3 - Monday and Friday and part 4 Wednesday. Try to commit yourself in doing this challenge for 2 straight weeks. YOU CAN DO IT!
1st Week:
Part 1 - Monday and Friday
Part 2 - Wednesday
2nd Week:
Part 3 - Monday and Friday
Part 4 - Wednesday
So in this video (Part 1), there will be 11 exercises that includes drop sets. For example, you will be using a dumbbell for 10 reps and then bodyweight for another 10 reps without rest in between. This is one way to grow those glutes if you have limited equipment at home.
