Thanks! This was very helpful. I take care of children, and I want to make a little tent for the Barbie dolls! And a campfire. 🇺🇸 Edit: I’m going to use hot glue on the wooden dowel rods, but I’m afraid it will break when they’re playing with it. 🤔
Mel, firstly may I say how much I have enjoyed your videos, I have been lurking from afar and found them very useful and entertaining. Not quite related to tents, but I wondered if you have ever use wire mesh for sci-fi terrain e.g. fences or flooring, I've found it difficult to buy, but I would imagine it's tricky to work with. Kind Regards Rich
Great videos mel, Im a new subscriber, and I stated my first project today, just a simple bird house modification with a bit of dirt and grass scenery. The very first thing I did was using PVA glue... I glued a bunch lollipop sticks to a create panelling to a cheap birdbox made of thin MDF... and the damn lollipop sticks have curled up on the edges??? is that normal? lol HELP?? :D

Great video Mel, I can't wait to see the let's build of it. Hopefully we would be able to see how you also made your guard medical tent too 😊
I needed this cuz I had to build a tent for an assessment for design thanks
You could also use wire or paperclips for the frame instead of barbecue/cocktail sticks, which would allow more complex shapes of tent
