But at the same time, there are some people that find covers that do sound like the original and get mad that the singer “copied” the original song. The real problem: people. It’s the same way with books that become movies.... no one is ever happy with the fact that entertainment comes in all different forms.... the movie isn’t the same entertainment category as a regular stage show. The movie may not always copy the book.... but if you really think about it, if you’ve read the book, you’ve built your own vision of what’s going on in the book.... why do you want to see the generic book to movie? Just like when we read a book and form our own images of what things look like, the director has that right too. Obviously, this stage show doesn’t have the same funds as the movie did..... so they were forced to make changes. Plus, what’s wrong with hearing someone else’s interpretation of the song? If the stage show is such a problem for everyone, get the funding, hire whoever you want, sing the hard parts yourself and see how much work it takes, while you sit in a chair judging them. /rantcomplete/
The voice of the first guy is really similar to the Hugh Jackman one, just AMAZING. But the girl singing this is greatest show is just a really loud cry and I know her throat is crying too

Elandré was sooo good in the opening scene, a real showman 👌 Such a pity that they didn't let him do the whole song, I would have loved to see that. With his good voice and the way he got into character, he will be absolutely brilliant in a good musical.
