Hey Eissa and Chris. Yes definitely. It's so cool to see and hear you both just talk. I think the majority of the Morphide Family here on UA-cam would love more of these type of video's here and there. It's really cool to hear about your thoughts and your writing process on your music. Really nice to see more of Chris too, I thought he was just camera shy ha ha. Cool story on the album cover too. I didn't even think about Korn to be honest, which is weird as I have every Korn album. I always thought it looked a bit like old school late 90's era Jim Root from Slipknot. The red boiler suit and the face really reminds me of Jim. I still have Anhedonia in my out of house music playlist and listen to it a few times a week. The flow of the album is perfect beginning to end. Lastly. Being a guitar player I would love to maybe see some guitar playthroughs with Chris in the future. Morphide songs or future covers you have planned. A joint video with you doing vocals and Chris doing guitar or bass parts would be sick. Anyway guys whatever you both do in the future I'm going to be here watching and supporting. Great to see and hear you both on this very dull Sunday evening here in the UK. Much Love Morphide.

even though akeneo is a cursed song to write, it's the best song on the album and one of the best songs ever! Lyrically it just hits different

"Anhedonia - Deluxe Edition" sounds like a great idea to me!
I'm fascinated to learn that Akeneo has zero original parts, while paradoxically, an idea behind one song can metamorphosize into three songs. I find it amazing how music and art in general can change and shift as it is being developed. It's like taking several cans of paint and putting them into a river and then letting the waves themselves create the art. I feel like art is supposed to flow and never be constant or predictable, so when you do not work to be too rigid with it, that's when you get the best results! 💯
Trip to May -- what an interesting piece of trivia to know that this was the original band name! I like it, but Morphide is even better, and just fits the project PERFECTLY.
I'd say the artwork for Anhedonia came out exceptionally well, given the original small file size and resolution!
I wonder if artificial intelligence might also help the two of you realize your dreams with some of the ambitious ideas that you have for videos for songs such as Cromulent? I really like the current approach with your videos to date, and I would never want artificial intelligence to just replace the work of these videos, but maybe it could just supplement or complement it to some degree in certain places of some new videos?
I always enjoy these behind-the-scenes types of videos!
Haha writing a whole new song out of the same project would be a whole new challenge!
Yes, Akeneo was an endless process of trying, experimenting, listening and feeling the song. It is nice seeing people enjoying it after all the time and effort we put into it
AI music videos are really cool! But we still have many things to say also through our music videos. We just need to get a bit more creative with our approach

It's awesome that you share behind the scenes and facts like these, they make the band feel so much more human! Great video. I would never have expected AI upscaling to work so well, the album cover literally looks like it was taken with a professional camera.

Some songs aren't done for plot video, for some others, it's obvious it has to be done !
I remember a friend french band making a song about Credit/bank/debts, it was obvious it could be turned into a clip. The band didn't go for unfortunatly. Now that I think of it, with AI/Midjourney, I could easily do a storyboard for this.
Totally, it depends very much on the type of the song

I had never made the comparison to Korn until this video, but now I understand why there may have been questions, there's similarities for sure 😄, and of course having various influences, there's every chance that something you've heard will bleed into what you're doing...I gotta say though, I really like the intro to Enter the Storm on album, how it builds, iit actually gave me Jambi Tool vibes, it differs from the single version, which just comes straight in...I know we all want more original music from you, but after seeing you discuss what it's taken to get you to where you're at, you take as much time as you need,...but seriously when are you releasing new stuff 😅, thanks for informing us about what it's taken to get your album out, you guys are awesome 🤘
We got so many questions about our album cover and we actually had to prove we didn't steal it 😅Jambi is fantastic, and Tool was HUGE inspiration for us. Well, regarding new songs, there are no dates yet, but believe me, we are working on it ;)

👀I would be careful about playing with AI kkk . . . This does not take away the merit of what is done by you. the sounds are better than the original. my opinion , I like the band, success.
We only used AI for upscaling images, we write all music by ourselves, it is our way of self expression
