How to make milky fish head soup/beehon no milk added

  • We're all satisfied with this milkier fish head soup and they thought it was added with milk, because it is really looks like a soup with milk in it, but the reality is, there's no milk in it at all.
    Sharing this secret with you'll guys. Actually it's very simple, but when i tried making this using different method, it never been as milky as this one. Now this recipe is recorded and put into a test and it came out satisfying. Hope you enjoy this recipe guys....
    4 pax small eater
    Ingredients:
    1/2 - 1 whole fish head (grouper fish) cut into pcs.
    some fish bones
    30 g. old ginger
    2 pcs preserved sour plum
    1/2 - 1 box firm tofu
    63 g salted vegetables
    sesame oil for frying
    chysim/cabbage
    1,500 water
    fish sauce & pepper powder for seasoning
