Bus wheelchair ramp collapses under me

11 bus from Tesco Extra to Inverness bus station, 16/2/24 18:30.
Driver struggled to maneuver into the bus station.
The first stance he tried, he scraped the bottom of the bus on the kerb and had to reverse out again.
The second one, he scraped the bottom, had to drive over the kerb,
then he stopped with the entrance not next to the kerb but onto the tarmac with a tiny bit of the ramp on the kerb.
As a consequence, the ramp was very steep, and when I went down it, it buckled under me, nearly tipping me out of my wheelchair.
