A very under rated synthesizer !!! I wish native instruments would go back and make highlight reels of all their amazing work! Give the Ni software engineers some love! And THEY NEED TO REVAMP ABSYNTH! Or at the very least, BRING IT BACK!!!

Full ack. I know (and use) NI soft synths from their very beginning and I think the full potential of somehow „forgotten“ gems like Absynth, Rounds, or Form did never find the reputation they deserved.

@HJPhilippi I'm full on back to these old classics. They sound super fresh. I always loved them and now I'm remembering why again.

GREAT OVERVIEW...8 years on today, and I'm just using it for the first time in Komplete 14 ...its so ahead of its time and inspiring. Excellent gem.

Dan, your tutorials are the best on youtube. The pace is a little hectic, but no one else explains things more clearly.

This is a fantastic series. I'd read the NI manual for Rounds and was still struggling to fully understand the relationship between the voice programmer, voice modes and poly mode settings, but this made it all very clear. Also, I just bought the NI Komplete Kontrol midi controller, and the last video on remote octave explained exactly how to use the MIDI keys to control the voice programmer. Great stuff, thanks so much.

Watching these NI Rounds tutorials from PB is a real godsend for me !
They are way,way better than the macprovideo tut course i have followed about Rounds.
Thank you so much for these great tuts !

Hello, can you help me to understand the difference between the "rotate" and "rotate reset" modes. I honestly don't understand the difference between the 2. They appear to just do the same exact thing.

    Far cheaper than massive X.
Does it work with the arp mode ? The possiblities for sequenced phrases must be explored.

I have a problem. When i turn my laptop to work with my MK2, Preference pops up and stay stuck there. What can i do to stop that?

Sort your audio or midi interface. Something would have failed.

I have a video on using FL studios slicex, showing how each slice of a sample can have multiple effects.

Pity, that the content of the music is really awful. What a shame, a whole wonderful technology is designed for primitive listeners.
