Hi, today I am blocked at the registration step: I do not receive any emails. I have tried with 3 different emails: same issue. May be an issue with their server sending email at this time. I tried also to register to the newsletter but I got the error message "Κάτι πήγε στραβά. Παρακαλώ προσπαθήστε αργότερα." which means "Something went wrong. Please try again later."

Just in the process of applying for 2020 Tepai. Not the easiest permit form to complete, not least because we are a syndicate and don’t sail together! However, did it last year in Poros with an official so not sure what he put on the forms! Will collect my courage and submit form!

Hi. I managed to get through it with your video providing massive help and reassurance! I have paid via bank transfer and printed a receipt of the same. But I cannot remember if we actually had a piece of paper last year to show port authorities- did you?

@@malls886 No, we just took our phones so we could show them the screen shot of the money we'd paid and the emails a evidence. This was fine apart from the fact we'd paid in pounds rather than euros, but after a little back and forth we got away with it! Really glad you managed to get it sorted!
