Set list was sweet, they mixed it up, of course it was dear you heavy, but bivouac, and 24 hr songs were in there as well. I hope they do a legit tour, just one more
I'm like far from one of those insane Jawbreaker fans that say they're the best band of all time but even still, I had chills almost the entire time just watching this on UA-cam lol.
was there as well, I am still amped up from it. I would say it was perfect, the set list was well laid out, the energy was given out to the fans and back to the band. it was beautiful.
I was there in person, but seeing it again is still giving me the chills. This and "Kiss the Bottle" were awesome additions to their set. What a night.
These guys have paid their dues, and picked up the tab for the rest of their generation as well. Chris has been dealing with issues, in and out of treatment, and Blake couldn’t get a job as a dog walker. They built so much for so many other people, but just got spit on in return. So they get a chance to come out and finally get their due. Why the huge banner? I don’t think it’s ego, I think it’s honor and humility- They want to put on a show worthy of the people who are attending. They know the audience is there to see a show, and a good job on stage and presenting a visual background is just one element of that.
Oakland..not sure..did they have cheap trick, jesus lizard, naked raygun, big black, effigies, screeching weasel, sluddgeworth, 8-bark, material issue, apaocalypse Hoboken, didjits, Revco, ?
Fucking hell they played want.
Freaking amazing, I was there front and center on the rail, and I must say it was AMAZING!
mr unsane how was the set? And lucky you!👍

Idk, I doubt they will tour honestly. We shall see I could be wrong, but if I were a betting man I'd bet against any tours anytime soon

Stuff of legend. I bet they never had a giant Jawbreaker like that back then.
thanks for posting, great song

The humility is evident by the 40 foot wide Jawbreaker banner.

Best show. I cried actually, because I never thought I'd see Jawbreaker play live ever.

I am a Chicago native so of course I am biased, but even bands not from Chicago eventually came to Chicago to make their name.
No just jawbreaker rancid dead Kennedys Green day fifteen theres plenty of more
But not to disrespect Chi theres so much more variety but for punk the bay just does it for me
