I don’t know what the media is saying about stalled offensive, etc. but this war is already over. Seizes are in and negotiations are on. The less flexibility Ukraine shows in the negotiations the more squeeze Russia will give on the seize. This is Syria playbook that they are executing with patience and no hurry. I don’t predict anymore major compact - it will be negotiations now onwards till ceasefire.

Seizes are age old warfare techniques. Russia has 9 cities under seize now. Due the motivated resistance and advanced weapons Ukraine was able to prevent may be another 2 or 3 big seizes including Kiev. It’s a stalemate now. There are 4 ways seizes have historically ended - surrender, desperate effort to break out, military operation from outside to come and break seize and negotiations. Russia would have lived to put in a few more seizes by now but this is what they got. You need 10 soldiers to enforce a seize per soldier defending the seize, so everything is stalled now till these 9 seizes are resolved.
Sieges.. and they are also very hard to do since you have to be on the offensive

Why don't Western media send somebody to Mariupol to report what is truly happening there? Some people in Mariupol are uploading videos asking for help to get out of the city, they say the Ukrainian army bombed a bridge and put large passenger trucks across on another road to prevent the people of Mariupol from leaving the city, because once most of the people leaves, the Russians are going in hard and the Ukrainian military is using the people of Mariupol as human shields.
One lady says that there were people hiding inside the Drama Theater to protect themselves and then the Ukrainian soldiers hid behind the Theater to avoid being shelled by the Russians, and when the people inside noticed that, they tried to get out of the Theater but the Ukrainian soldiers did not let them get out, and that is why the Russians shelled the outside of the Theater only.
The people in Mariupol has been held hostage by their own government and military to prevent the Russians from taking the city according to residents talking to people filming and uploading videos to youtube, they say that every time there was a ceasefire to allow the evacuation of residents through the "Humanitarian Corridor" the Ukrainian soldiers of the Azov Battalion would start firing at the Russians to sabotage the ceasefire and prevent the residents from leaving the city. Send somebody to find out what the truth is. I can't post a link, but look up the following video title on youtube:

The lady who uploaded the video also posts five links from other Mariupol residents claiming the Ukrainian soldiers are keeping them hostage and using them as "human shields".

When possible, the Ukrainian fighters should start posting pictures of Russian soldiers' name badges as much as possible. This message will start to move around the internet, and then more Russians will start to go online to find the information about friends and loved ones. U.G.W: Ukraine Guerrilla Warfare
U.F.F: Ukraine Freedom Fighters
Both U.G.W and U.F.F must be seen everywhere throughout Ukraine. These symbols bring forth the strength of the people to all Russian oppression.
There were many advantages to using Guerrilla Warfare. Guerrilla Warfare allowed smaller, less experienced, and poorly supplied troops to defeat or severely damage large, experienced, and well supplied enemy troops. Many times guerrilla fighters have won great battles when fighting for their homeland as we are seeing and will continue to see.
