I still use iPhone 8 Plus 128gb model and it is still working like butter. No problems at all. Better than any 25 to 30 k android phone. Camera is also good not bad like how this guy is showing it. Camera is better than most budget android phones.
Watching this in iPhone 13 because I want to know how much longevity does an iPhone actually provides. It’s been 7 years now since iPhone 8 has released. And for day to day normal use its doing fine if you consider age of this phone. So conclusion is, I’m convinced that my iPhone 13 will provide even more longevity than iPhone 8 Plus😅( I could be wrong) but that’s what I believe. As my phone has better display, better processor, better battery life. And yes talking about battery, I hope after replacing battery after few years. It will still perform good.👍
Also I’m a gamer but I dont do gaming in phone. So I dont mind about gaming experience of this phone. I just want my phone to perform well in normal usage, battery life and camera.😅

Get xs instead of xr if you don’t have any issues with screen size than you can consider se 2 instead of 8 plus because of its software updates
Use any 2024 android as secondary device for calling and data. Because all old iPhones battery sucks now
