First off let me say that the males should not assume this has nothing to do with them. You would be mistaken if you assumed that. Genetically speaking, fifty percent of your previous incarnations (lives) have been female. We all have the female energy in us. Not to mention the Mitochondrial DNA which is passed to us all through the female (mother). The Mitochondrial DNA is the energy source for every cell in our body, so therefore it is our internal energy source. The Mitochondrial DNA is also called the "Eve gene."
The music/frequencies in this video are very strong and have an immediate affect on the Root Chakra, stimulating the Kundalini, the "Serpent Energy," the Goddess Energy within us all. In my experience with this particular piece of music, I personally felt extremely powerful movement in the Root Chakra area within seconds which lasted throughout the entirety of the music. The energy is aroused, and rises up through your body, stimulating each Chakra from the Root to the Crown. "The Kundalini Rising." "The Goddess Awakening."
Note: I cannot emphasize enough how stimulating the layers and frequencies of this particular music is. You WILL feel it intensely in the Root Chakra area the entire time it is playing. It will rise up through you, but the stimulation at the base will continue throughout the video. You will understand what I am talking about immediately after starting the video.

Just wanted to say this: Around a year ago i became more 'spiritual/aware' (before that i always was deeply negative about these things). Since then I can feel it accumulating with each passing day. I still got my old habbits (reguraly smoking, occasional drinking. but decreasing every day). I turned this song on and felt this kinda bliss, i also had after my first meditation, my once in a lifetime ayahuasca trip, a long climb up a mountain in austria and a some rare moments in regular life. I wanted to say thank you, for I am deeply moved by this music.

this is my first time with this meditation it is easy to see the woman as a goddess as she is as beautiful as one, I saw Nefertiti and Cleopatra when meditating and vaginal shapes also. I visited the genital chakra balancing yesterday and may move on to awaken your spirit tomorrow
I did enjoy this very much but did not feel anything. Usually I do feel a surge of energy from the root upwards.Maybe it's not my day but it was still soothing. Thanks for sharing :-)

Don't know if it's the kundalini energy rising in me but this is making me feel dizzy when I am in closed eye meditation. Like there's such intense movement happening in there. I have to open my eyes for it to stop. Not sure what to do with this development.
When working with this sort of energy, what do you do after the video? Just ground and center? Is there something I should be doing to release the energy I'm awaking? Or just let it be? Does that make any sense?

Can someone help me? I moved to another city ( a bigger one) changed my whole enviroment, met new people. The problem is I feel i've become more superficial, I don't have premonitions as I had before, my instincts ares silent, my energy is low. How can I overcome this?
