    Amazing! Thank you for showing us how many different ways we could quill with a comb. Even using it as a crisper. Wonderfully explained!

    Hi Jane, im writing from New Zealand. I just wanted to say that you are truly amazing!! I have watched MANY quilling tutorials from a lot of quillers & this video is truly the best by far. It is now going on 1:30 in the morning here & I was going to bed an hour ago, but I just had to try a few of your techniques before I do 😁. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful work & techniques, I've never subscribed so fast in my life, lol but that you again & I look forward to seeing more from you 🥰 hope my message finds you & your family well ❤

      Reuma, I am quite overwhelmed by your very kind comments. Thank you so much. Inventing is my favourite thing to do so when it bears fruit and more importantly, when others appreciate it, it really makes my day. My family is fine, thanks - especially the ones that live in your beautiful country! Very best wishes to you and yours.

    No puedo creer su habilidad con el peine, los diseños son fantásticos y también creo que se pueden usar los peines para "piojos" con tiras de 2 o 3 milímetros, gran trabajo

      I have used fine strips with many combs, Nancy but, as you can probably see from my hands, I have been a quiller for many many decades and wider strips are easier for me now 😊

    Hello, I am a beginner in quilling, although I am quite old. I learn from videos and recently discovered your channel.Although I have enjoyed watching many videos and doing some things, I watched your videos the longest and most thoroughly. I learned the process step by step. I think I found your way the best. I absolutely love your braids, bows and the endless possibilities of what I can make of it. Of course, I'm still clumsy, my hands don't work as well as they used to, but the main thing is the joy when I succeed in something. I do have one question about the straps though. If I'm not mistaken, you have 100g bands, I have 120g. But I have a feeling that my straps are softer than yours, even though it's supposed to be the other way around. Is it because as I see you use at least 5mm and I use 3mm. Is it better to have wider strips for images? I was also happy when you showed how we can make molds. I didn't even think of it that way. I saw plastic molds somewhere, but they were very expensive, and only three sizes each. But I can make it any size I want with my own methods.
    Greetings,

    Do you always use a different colour for the securing strips?

    • @pauljenkins5283
      @pauljenkins5283 2 роки тому

      I use any colour as the securing strip. I hadn't realised that I only use same colour on the tutorial. Thank you.
