Fixing An Echo 58V CBP-58V40 Li-Ion Battery That Will Not Charge or Operate Chainsaw.

Examined an associate's Echo chainsaw, charger and battery packs. Found that 2 of 3 battery packs would not charge in the Echo charger. Charged the battery packs outside of the Echo charger and found that the packs still operated and had proper capacity when discharged with an electronic load. However, the packs would not operate the chainsaw. Disassembled the pack, found a processor reset pin, momentarily pulled it low and now the chainsaw operates.
