Would like to see the results. Didn't see you rake the seed in for seed to soil contact. You did not use a roller to make seed to soil contact? Please post results.
I will update with the results as the grass keeps growing in. We did the seeding on Sept 13th. We used peat moss on the top to help get the seed to soil contact and hold it all in. Raking lightly is a good idea though. I've just been able to eliminate that step by using peat moss over straw. Thank you for watching!
Can you link the grass seed? I’ve recently patched in some of my yard with the Black Beauty Ultra seed. This was after I spent a week hand digging/pulling out the bunching fescue I could find. Hopefully have good results

Thank you for watching! I've used Black Beauty in the past, and it turned out really nice. I seeded an area for my parents business about two years ago, and it's still going strong.
