I miss when people talked it out with conflict resolution rather violence. I started a nonviolence organization when I was 12 years old, 4 years BEFORE someone I thought was a brother shot me in the head at point blank range. I saw the violence getting worse before it happened. When I got off life support machines I saved his life and had a peace rally to call the streets off and told them not to kill him let police handle that.
