Layers of the Abdominal Wall

This video goes over the many layers that make up the abdominal wall, starting from the skin all the way deep to the peritoneum. This video provides an overview of the different muscles surrounding the abdomen and puts a heavy emphasis on the components of the rectus sheath. It also highlights the differences above and below the arcuate line.
