You may have done this…. but you should wait 15 minutes after applying sunscreen before sun exposure. It takes approximately 15 minutes for sunscreen to absorb into the skin for maximum protection. ( At least that’s what I’ve always read) BTW…. I love all your videos!
Beckham is so brave . His legs must really spasm and hurt and I’m glad Botox helps . Wondering if wrapping his legs with warm moist heat for 15 to 20 min prior to bedtime would help until the next appointment . I can remember my Mom doing this for my leg cramps when I was little . You are such a loving , gentle Mom . The littles are so lucky to have you .
Im glad you brought up the botox injections, im not an expert on botox, but Hunter mentioned in a blog recently his concern that the injections will make Beckham be unable to use the other muscles in his legs for walking. If I understand correctly, botox is a targeted therapy where they would only be injecting the tighter muscles. That being the case there is no reason to assume the other muscles won't be or aren't used. What's more likely to happen is his muscles are equally being used rather than one group being overused and compensating for the lack of use in the others. Also, if Beckham's pain increases there is another option called baclofen that helps with muscle tightness and pain. It's a procedure where they place a pump that slow releases the meds, then there are refill injections. It's similar to botox but only every so often and only one stick/injection instead of multiple. It might help with the pain if it gets to a point where over-the-counter meds no longer work.
My 3 year old gets ref from the heat itself rather than the sun. Blakely is so cute! Maybe Beckham has growing pains like all kids do? I found with my boys they would have leg pains at night.

I’ve never put my kids down at 630 but you both go to the gym so it works for you.
You mentioned you wanted new shows for kiddos to watch, my triplets watched Mickey Mouse club house it’s todddler age appropriate and helps problem solve as well as teaching numbers,colours,etc it’s bright colours and music. Enjoy xxx
Maybe he is going through growing pains.....I can remember as a child......a long time ago....my legs hurting at bedtime when it was time for rest/sleep. My mom would rub my legs.....I have also done this to help my grandson to get settled /relax so he can sleep.

I'm sure they will figure it out. Hard to have a neurotypical child who kicks her brother in the face (I'd be doing time out for that one every single time), and sits on the counter in a seat that she is going to jostle off before you know it....
You should get a hair and scalp sunscreen to help protect the scalp. You should wait 15 minutes after you apply the sunscreen so it will work better. You get a 50 baby sunscreen. And you put the suncreen also on the ears very imporant
