After a one year hiatus, the management for the SCV had an epic opportunity to return back to the traditional uniform and style that made the Santa Clara Vanguard legendary. There is absolutely no trace of what the SCV once proudly was.
They probably just wanted to re-establish. At some point, some corps is going to have to move forward...If not every corps. Even I'm surprised Vanguard ditched their traditional style of marching...
