    Mam ...Onion tomato chutney was good ... tried moong dal and urddal idli ..I used capsicum also ...kept it on high flame for 7 minutes.... tasty softest idlis 🙏👍👍. added 2 tsp rice flour and kept it in round big plate... 🙏🙏👍😋

    We donot use eno or soda but add one teaspoon vendayam , then it will be super soft . That is how we make for many years
